• The FBI made arrangements with Clinton's lawyers that restricted the FBI’s access and ability to investigate electronic content and devices. Like phones and laptops.

• Consent agreements and search warrants that incorporated provisions, which allowed a Clinton "filter team" to first purge electronic content, before turning it over to the FBI as evidence to examine.

• FBI immunity agreements were given to everyone associated with the email investigation under Clinton. Including the IT person, they instructed to delete and then use software to scrub electronic communications and data from the server and laptops, even though there was a standing Congressional order to preserve evidence.

• The working atmosphere at the FBI that weighed its “investigative efforts” against the presumption that Clinton was favored to become president.

• An FBI arrangement that allowed Clinton's top aides, and witnesses in the investigation, Sheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, to become her lawyers after they had been interviewed by the FBI.

• Even with the FBI restrictions and data scrub, some classified email was still found on the unsecured illegal email server.

• The NY FBI Field Office discovered thousands of Clinton emails on the Anthony Wiener laptop (Abedin's then-husband). FBI leadership sat on the evidence because they had already publicly cleared Clinton and closed the investigation.

• A NY Field Office agent blew the whistle about the Wiener laptop not being investigated, which forced the FBI to publicly say that they were re-opening the email investigation, two weeks before the 2016 election.

• The Wiener laptop contained an estimated 675,000 Clinton emails, not just the suspected 33,000 deleted messages from the server.

• The FBI then created electronic search warrants that were so tightly restricted, that only 3,077 messages were investigated from the 675,000 found on the laptop. That is less than 1% of the data.

• Just days before the 2016 election, the FBI publicly cleared Clinton again in the re-opened email investigation, claiming she was "extremely careless" in handling classified information. Even though only 1% of the new evidence was looked at.

• It was later discovered that Clinton's unsecured email server had been infected with malware, which secretly forwarded every email message coming in or out of the server to a Chinese email address.

• The discovery of the secret affair FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page were hiding. Along with their blatant and unashamed bias towards then-candidate Trump, while they both led the Clinton email and Russia hoax investigations. These same two agents would later be assigned lead FBI investigators in Robert Mueller's Special Counsel.

Key events pulled from the report include:

• Three weeks after the FBI cleared Clinton in the email investigation, and before the Wiener laptop was found, the FBI opened the Crossfire Hurricane Russia Collusion investigation against the Trump campaign.

• The Clinton Campaign and DNC paid the opposition research firm called Fusion GPS, who then paid British ex-MI6 agent Christopher Steele to collect dirt on the Trump campaign using Ukraine and Russian sources.

• Steele, who was working as an FBI foreign confidential source, fed the opposition reports into the FBI, which they then used as the basis to launch the Russia investigation.

• Steele also leaked the opposition reports to members of the press and pushed the dossier accusations into the State Department, and to Harry Reid and John McCain.

• The FBI knew Clinton and the DNC were funding Steele, and that the reports were politically motivated.

• The FBI used wired Confidential Human Sources (CHS) to secretly record Carter Page, George Papadopoulos, and a high ranking member of the Trump campaign, who was not part of the investigation.

• The FBI presented Steele's opposition reporting as evidence to seek electronic surveillance FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.

• The FBI forged evidence claiming that Carter Page was NOT working as an informant for the CIA, even after the CIA told the FBI he was.

• In October 2016, the first surveillance warrant was approved. The FBI renewed electronic surveillance three more times, maintaining electronic surveillance on the President until Oct 2017.

• After the election, FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper began leaking the Steele dossier allegations against the President to the media.

• FBI Director James Comey never told the President he was under "investigation" even though active electronic surveillance and media leaks were being used against him.

• The FBI had hard evidence in January 2017, before the President was even inaugurated that the Russian collusion and sexual accusations in the Steele dossier were fake. 

• The FBI, CIA, and DOJ all knew before Robert Mueller was appointed Special Counsel, that there was never any evidence of Russian collusion.

• In total, the OIG found 17 incidents where the FBI omitted evidence, fabricated evidence, failed to follow FBI guidelines, and failed to verify information, all to mislead the FISA surveillance court.
